Who We Are

Our Director

Deirdre Zangwill, M.Ed.

Founder and Director

MEd Widener University, Mathematics Education
BA Wells College, Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude
PA Certified Teacher

"Tutoring is about reaching the individual learner. It’s an opportunity for the student to gain knowledge, skills, and confidence which transcend the classroom. Nothing can beat the impact that the right tutor can have on a student’s academic outlook."

After many years of tutoring professionally, Deirdre found her schedule so full that she could not fit in any more students. Rather than turn students away, she was inspired to form a team of tutors who shared her goal of providing the best possible instruction to students of all abilities and backgrounds.

Deirdre taught both middle and upper school math at the Agnes Irwin School for ten years and has tutored students of all levels and abilities for twenty-five. Since 2003, she has combined her classroom experience with her tutoring background to find the best professional tutor to meet each child’s unique needs.

Our Tutors

We take enormous pride in our elite team of tutors and their dedication to our students. At first glance, you will see that our tutors boast an impressive set of academic credentials and accolades. Delve a little deeper and you will also notice the common passion our tutors share for their subjects and for imparting their knowledge to their students. We are thrilled to have such genuinely talented, enthusiastic, and compassionate educators support our students.
